Step 1 — New client research

We start with a research session so I can understand your niche, your process and your voice. This is a paid onboarding piece I do with every new client. It means I’m not guessing when I write for you.

Step 2 — First project (the bit that shows what you can do)

The first piece of work I'm asked for is often a case study for a recent placement or a high-impact search. I can interview your client, record the call, then write a clear, confident story you feel proud to share.

Step 3 — Ongoing content partnership (optional)

If you’d like continued support, we move into a simple monthly arrangement with clear deliverables.

That usually includes:

  • one email newsletter per month (including one version for clients and one for candidates)
  • additional case studies as you complete key searches

No long contracts, no “use it or lose it” hours. Just straightforward, month-to-month support.
